To Be Alliance members To Be Website Member The Institute Alliance of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region (IABTH) was established in November 2017 and launched by Beijing Academy of Science and Technology, School of Public Policy and Management Tsinghua University, Hebei Academy of Sciences and Tianjin Association for the Promotion of Scientific and Technological Cooperation.
